I will soon be acquiring my Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Cavendish University in addition to my completed training where I obtained a Diploma in Computer Studies at Evelyn Hone College from Zambia. I have also acquired COBIT5 certification (single integrated framework aligning to other frameworks such as ITIL, COSO, ISO/IEC 38500, TOGAF, PRINCE2 etc.), ICT network solutions certifications namely, Cyberoam Certified Network & Security Professional (CCNSP) and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA). As a seasoned Information Technology Officer who is highly determined, well-trained and experienced with the ability to use my acquired expertise, I am capable of implementing or managing information effectively with high integrity. I optimally utilise my skills which include systems analysis, network administration, server administration, systems security implementation, backup management, database administration incorporating SQL, software development, configuration of software applications, managing accounting software, android applications, web maintenance, preparing publications (brochures, newsletters, reports etc), PC hardware, project management, offering technical support and user training. I am able to manage ICT policies, procedures, helpdesk systems, surveys and problems with all the accompanying documentation while considering the ICT standards and quality. With my critical analytical techniques paying attention to detail, I possess excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem solving skills.
