About Amos
I am an enthusiastic and high achieving IT professional with a proven record of dealing with networks (LAN and WAN), software (system and applications), servers and systems administration. I also have experience in customer care. I am currently employed as an IT Administrator at Parmalat Zambia. My main responsibilities include Network/Infrastructure and User support. Previously I was employed as ICT Support Officer for Goldman Insurance Limited where I was the IT team lead responsible for ensuring that the IT network/resources are up and running and any IT issues in the organization are resolved. I have also held the position of Corporate Support at Africonnect Zambia where I used to be on the team that managed connections for the company’s high-end clients. In addition to the years of experience in Insurance and ISP, I possess a Diploma in Telecommunications Systems, a Cisco certification and I am currently studying towards my BSc Computing and Information Systems
