I am a Zambian male holder of a Diploma in Computer Studies and currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Information and Communication Technology at the copperbelt university. With over 4 years’ experience as IT Technician and marketing such as sales, customer service and over 3 years’ experience in Teaching. I have varied roles and responsibilities that has enabled me to gain valuable knowledge and acquired strong interpersonal skills and expertise which provides me with opportunities to execute my duties. I have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills that make it easy to converse clients in a proficient and professional manner. I have also experience in troubleshooting problems and finding solutions that will fix the problem. I stay up-to-date with all the latest technology associated with this field along with the newest privacy security regulations and legislation.
