I am an enthusiastic and high-achieving IT professional with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Copperbelt University. I have exceptional technical and analytical skills, with over 3 years’ experience in Information communication and Technology (ICT) Technical service and support, information systems support and security, network and server support and an understanding of telecommunication Technology and project management. In my previous roles, I have performed duties that include computer installation and configuration of software and hardware, router and switch administration, client/customer support and worked extensively with batches of data for analysis and reporting.
